Doug CollinsDoug has a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelors in Psychology and Chemistry. He has over 25 years experience in management and administration with skills in motivation, team building, training and mentoring employees. Doug excels in developing strategic plans and budgets and has expertise in human resource management. From 1987 to 1997, he provided management, leadership, training and supervision of over 700 employees for Central Arkansas Rally’s Hamburgers and Papa John’s Pizza of Arkansas. His leadership contributed to each of their selections as “Franchisee of the Year.” Doug currently assists individuals and businesses to become more profitable and reduce stress through the programs and services of Collins Consulting, Inc.
Donna is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with a Bachelors in Behavioral Science and Social Work. She also has a Nursing Home Administrator’s license. She has over 25 years experience in both the public and private work sector. Donna has been an educator/facilitator in the areas of childbirth, exercise, health and nutrition, diabetes, stress management, and lifestyle change. Donna has practiced social work with clients in the medical, developmental delay and family services arenas. This has included the supervisory and administrative duties of facilities with up to 75 clients and over 100 staff members. Her strengths include interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop and facilitate adult learning experiences and interdisciplinary teamwork. Donna currently works with Collins Consulting, Inc and teaches Sociology at Pulaski Technical College.
Doug and Donna are married and have a blended family of 5 sons, 1 daughter, 3 daughters-in-laws and 3 wonderful grandsons, ages 3 years to 16 months. Donna is originally from Batesville, AR and Doug grew up in New Hampshire. Their hobbies of hiking, exercise, reading, and teaching have recently been overshadowed by the new adventures of grandparenting.
Chad CollinsChad is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
and St. Mary’s University with an MBA. Chad helps inventors and local companies bring new
items to market by working on all aspects of the process, including idea generation, design and
development, product sourcing, marketing, sales, and order fulfillment. He is a partner in
Concept Products which has helped inventors
successfully bring simple, inexpensive ideas to market. He also helped start the
Arkansas Inventor’s Network to encourage
and support innovation in the state. Chad & Doug are also partners in a Little Rock-based health
and fitness business, Results Fitness, which
provides fitness, nutrition, and behavior counseling through fitness and weight loss centers in
central Arkansas.
